What it is like
Four things that are true here and unusual elsewhere
You will be on the plant floor
Every consultant here, including the partners, spends time in factories with a notebook. Advice that has not been tested against a real production line is not advice we sell.
You own the client relationship
From the second engagement, you present your own work. Nobody else will explain your recommendation for you, which is the fastest way to learn to make good ones.
We say no to work
We turn down engagements in sectors we do not know and clients whose expectations we cannot meet. You will never be asked to sell something you do not believe in.
No supplier commissions, ever
Our independence is the product. You will not be asked to favour a vendor, and you will be expected to refuse anything that looks like it.
What we offer

Own DPR engagements from pre-feasibility to disbursement for projects between ₹5 crore and ₹60 crore. You will build the models, write the reports, and sit across the table from credit committees.

Senior Consultant — Operations & Plant Engineering
Design processes and plant layouts, run independent machinery tenders, and lead OEE turnarounds in food and dairy plants. This role is mostly on site, by design.

Consultant — Subsidy & Compliance
Map subsidy entitlement, file applications, run statutory approvals to schedule, and implement food safety systems that pass audits first time.
