What you will do

  • Run category audits, trade interviews and point-of-purchase consumer intercepts
  • Write positioning statements and brand architecture, and defend them to founders
  • Brief and direct packaging design, including FSSAI and Legal Metrology compliance review
  • Build pack-price architecture that lets channels coexist without conflict
  • Set up and hand over demand engines with documented SOPs and honest CAC reporting

What we need from you

  • Three or more years in brand strategy, category management or FMCG marketing
  • Experience taking a physical product to retail, not only digital campaigns
  • Ability to read a cost sheet and hold a pricing conversation with a founder
  • Comfort presenting an uncomfortable positioning recommendation

Nice to have

  • Food, dairy or FMCG category experience
  • Working knowledge of Indian packaging regulations
  • Performance media hands-on capability

How to apply

Email your CV to careers@anuradhasolutions.in with one paragraph describing a business problem you have actually solved — what the number was before, what you did, and what it was afterwards. We care far more about that paragraph than about the CV.

Process: a 30-minute call, a paid half-day case exercise based on a real (anonymised) engagement, and a conversation with two partners. Three weeks end to end, and we tell everyone the outcome either way.

Before you apply

This role involves travel and factory floors

If spending a day a week in a processing plant sounds like the wrong job, it probably is — and we would rather you knew that now than in month three.

Questions about the role

Write to us before applying if you want

We would rather answer an honest question about the job than read an application written around a guess.
