Engagement Manager — Project Finance
Own DPR engagements from pre-feasibility to disbursement for projects between ₹5 crore and ₹60 crore. You will build the models, write the reports, and sit across the table from credit committees.

What you will do
- Lead pre-feasibility studies and make the go / no-go recommendation, including when the answer is no
- Build driver-based financial models with traceable assumptions and genuine stress cases
- Write Detailed Project Reports and CMA data to lender-specific formats
- Present to branch, zonal and credit committee forums and own the query responses
- Manage two to four concurrent engagements and their delivery timelines
- Maintain the internal capital cost benchmark database for your sectors
What we need from you
- CA, MBA Finance, or CFA with five or more years in project finance, credit appraisal or transaction advisory
- Demonstrable experience of at least fifteen project reports or credit appraisals
- Fluency in Marathi or Gujarati alongside English and Hindi
- Willingness to spend a day a week at client sites, including plants
- The judgement to tell a promoter their project is not viable, and the evidence to support it
Nice to have
- Banking or NBFC credit experience
- Exposure to dairy, food processing or agri-infrastructure lending
- Familiarity with AHIDF, PMKSY, AIF or state subsidy schemes
