Senior Consultant — Operations & Plant Engineering
Design processes and plant layouts, run independent machinery tenders, and lead OEE turnarounds in food and dairy plants. This role is mostly on site, by design.

What you will do
- Prepare mass and energy balances, utility sizing and equipment schedules
- Develop block and detailed plant layouts with material and personnel flow
- Write technical specifications, run three-vendor tenders and evaluate on total cost of ownership
- Baseline and improve OEE, yield and changeover performance in running plants
- Build SOP systems, quality plans and preventive maintenance calendars
- Chair weekly site reviews during project execution
What we need from you
- B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Dairy or Food Technology
- Four or more years in plant operations, project engineering or process design
- Hands-on experience of commissioning or running a processing line
- Comfort with measurement — you should want to put a stopwatch on a changeover
- Absolute refusal of supplier inducements
Nice to have
- Lean, Six Sigma or TPM certification
- Dairy or food processing plant experience
- AutoCAD or equivalent layout drafting capability
